 Sean Farrelly, founder and lead trial lawyer at Kingbird Legal, is an experienced personal injury trial attorney with over a decade of experience fighting for the rights of individuals who have suffered physical and emotional harm due to the willful or negligent actions of others. Sean seeks justice for those who cannot do so for themselves. Sean represents individuals harmed in medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability ("slip and fall"), motor vehicle accidents, products liability, police brutality and vaccine injury cases. Sean has been named as a Rising Star in the field of Medical Malpractice by Super Lawyers Magazine and has a perfect 10.0 rating by AVVO. He began his career as a prosecutor with the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General where he focused on DUI/DWI and gun offense cases. Sean is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trial lawyer who is capable of handling a wide range of matters on behalf of clients. Sean treats every client's case with the utmost respect and attention it deserves. Sean is highly regarded by opposing counsel, the judiciary and other members of the legal community. Sean grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania and moved to the Washington, DC area to attend the University of Maryland. Sean spent the next 22 years in the DMV region attending college, law school and practicing law. Sean lived in Maryland, DC and Virginia and developed strong personal and professional ties to all three. Sean has recently relocated with his wife and three kids to Chester County, PA. In addition to his Washington, DC office, this move has allowed Sean to open a new office in West Chester, PA, and now he represents clients in Pennsylvania, DC & Maryland.
